Web Press Operator Experienced Web Press Operator needed - Relocation Assistance Provided - South DakotaWe are looking to hire experienced Web Press Operators to set up, operate, and maintain web printing presses. Candidates require strong mechanical skills, troubleshooting ability, and experience in high-quality print production. The position involves overseeing crew, quality control, and maximizing efficiency.Web Press Operator Responsibilities:Machine Setup & Operation: Setting up and operating web printing presses for optimal production.Quality Control: Ensuring printed materials meet quality standards, including color matching and consistency.Maintenance: Conducting regular maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.Team Leadership: Managing the press crew to achieve production goals and safety standards.Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of production and machine performance.Web Press Operator Qualifications:Proven experience as a Web Press Operator or similar role.Utilization of Kamori and/or Harris Presses required.Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of printing processes, materials, and equipment.High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in printing technology is preferred.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.Web Press Operator Compensation:Industry leading wage up to $30/hr (with no state income taxes)Full health benefits including flex spending account401K w/ matchPTO and Paid HolidaysAdvancement opportunitiesRelocation Assistance ProvidedPlease submit a completely confidential resume for consideration.
