This is an opportunity to join a company that values craftsmanship, integrity, and strong client and trade relationships.ResponsibilitiesOversee all on-site construction activities for luxury homesManage daily scheduling and coordination of subcontractors and tradesEnsure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standardsMaintain strong relationships with homeowners, architects, designers, and trade partnersConduct regular site inspections for quality and complianceEnforce safety standards and jobsite organizationCoordinate materials, deliveries, and inspectionsCollaborate with project management to resolve issues and maintain schedulesMaintain detailed job documentation and reportingQualifications5+ years as a Superintendent in residential constructionStrong experience building custom, high-end homesAbility to manage multiple trades and schedules simultaneouslyExcellent communication skills with clients, trades, and teamsDetail-oriented with a passion for quality craftsmanshipStrong problem-solving ability and leadership in the fieldComfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentProject Experience PreferredCustom homes $1M - $5M+Homes 3,000 - 10,000+ sq. ft.Experience with architect-driven projects and custom detailsConfidential inquiries welcome.
