Quality Engineering – Program Manager

ResponsibilitiesManages employees and mid-level managers performing quality engineering and technical activities on or in support of programsDevelops quality strategies and plans in support of new business acquisition and execution of program/business plansSupports the SI&WS IS Senior Manager and members of the IS Program Leadership teamsProvides education and coaching on the Quality SystemAcquires and manages resources, provides quality technical management and leads performance improvementsDevelops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, suppliers and direct reportsOversees review of technical information to ensure quality and producibilityPartners cross functionally to develop and execute BDS Quality strategies and strategies for the program to identify best practicesEnsures and drives total quality / first time quality in every phase of successful program executionRequirementsBachelor's Degree or higher5+ years of experience in a management role5+ years of experience working with the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA), Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA), and/or Navy customer5+ years of experience with Quality Management System (QMS)5+ years of experience in the application of AS9100 #J-18808-Ljbffr
