Senior Technical Business Lead

We are seeking a Senior Technical Business Lead with strong communication skills and expert knowledge of the application development life cycle. This position plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions across the organization. Responsibilities: Plan and coordinate daily stand-ups with the development team. Work directly with management and business stakeholders to identify and solve IT business solution needs and challenges. Collaborate with the application development team to identify and resolve technical issues. Lead and manage Incident Management and Change Management processes for application support. Provide regular status updates on development projects, tasks, and initiatives. Maintain application inventory, support documentation, and overall organization of the application portfolio. Review business requirement specifications and collaborate with the team to estimate development effort. Participate in the evaluation and adoption of commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) products. Desired Experience/Skills: Strong understanding of DevOps practices and familiarity with SCRUM, iterative, and waterfall development methodologies. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools such as Remedy and ServiceNow. Strong communication skills with the ability to understand and translate client requirements. Proven experience in IT project management. Ability to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues. Skilled in data gathering, interpretation, and presentation. Broad knowledge of technologies and applications. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Knowledge of industry quality standards, legislation, and best practices. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines. Flexible, adaptable, and committed to staying current with evolving technologies. Experience gathering tasks and requirements with a focus on security and accessibility.
