The Licensed Insurance Producer will be tasked with generating new insurance business, managing client relationships, advising clients on insurance policies, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. Daily activities will involve engaging with clients to determine their needs, presenting tailored insurance solutions, and assisting in claims and policy inquiries. The role also includes promoting employee benefits, maintaining customer records, and meeting performance targets. You will be supported by a dedicated service team.QualificationsStrong experience in Insurance Sales and expertise in various Insurance products and policies.Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with and support clients.Active insurance producer license required.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is a plus.Proficiency in using industry-standard software and tools to manage client information.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
