Cath Lab Tech Location: Morgantown, WV Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $3,286 per week Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Title: Cath Lab Technologist Profession: Technologist Specialty: Cardiac Cath Lab Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 10H Days Hours per Shift: 10 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, Certified Cardiac Interventional Rad Tech - ARRT (CI) Must-Have: Experience with Impella, IABP, INARI, Electrophysiology, PVC, PT, Cryo or transeptal ablations, Laser lead extractions, Device work, EP recording systems Description: The role involves scrubbing and documenting cases. The technologist will stock rooms and assist physicians with all electrophysiology procedures. Monitoring and circulating cases in electrophysiology is required. Experience with various cardiac devices and recording systems is essential. The work environment includes three Cath Labs, averaging 15 to 18 cases per day. On-call hours are from 4:30 PM to 6:00 AM as per scheduling requirements. Holiday and weekend coverage is also necessary. The dress code includes OR scrubs provided daily. Floating between the Cath Lab and electrophysiology may be required. Charting is conducted using the EPIC system. No BSN is required for this position.
