It automatically reads meeting notes and CRM data to extract commitments, building a to-do list that will eventually execute itself.The RoleThis isn't a traditional internship; it’s a crash course in B2B tech, sales, and AI deployment. As our GTM & AI Implementation Intern, you will split your time between finding the companies that need our help and actually building the systems that transform their operations.What You’ll DoGo-To-Market (GTM) & Sourcing: Explore and test distribution channels to source leads. Your primary target: B2B tech executives at $500k–$50M companies who are ready to make AI a real part of how they operate.Drive Revenue: Actively generate revenue by booking Lighthouse transformations and securing early adopters for Oats.Hands-on Implementation: Shadow and assist in our AI transformations. You will help with discovery, draft AI strategies, and build working solutions in production.Product Feedback: Use your front-line experience with Lighthouse clients to feed insights directly back into the product roadmap for future products.Who You AreA "Technical Operator": You don't need to be a software engineer, but you must be deeply curious about AI workflows, automation, and prompt engineering.Action-Oriented: You align with our philosophy: working solutions over slide decks.Sales-Minded: You aren't afraid of cold outreach, testing new distribution channels, and hunting for revenue.Adaptable: You can fluidly switch between pitching a CEO on a GTM call and configuring an AI automation in the afternoon.What You’ll GainReal World Exposure: Direct exposure to Seed-Series C executives and real-world AI implementation.Mentorship: Work directly with the Founder & CEO, learning the exact playbook for B2B sales and production AI.Portfolio Building: Leave the summer with a track record of generated revenue and deployed AI solutions.
