Manager - Platform Develop

Job Requirements The Manager – Platform Development, a full-time regular role, leads the strategic planning and execution of platform engineering initiatives with a focus on quality, consistency, and performance. This position oversees commissioning standards, drives HVAC system efficiency improvements, and collaborates cross-functionally to develop tools and processes that enhance platform performance and customer value. Key responsibilities include partnering with customers and engineering teams to prioritize projects, establishing and refining quality assurance protocols, and staying informed on industry trends. The manager also develops and enforces standardized commissioning guidelines, optimizes system performance, conducts technical reviews, and ensures project alignment with standards and timelines. Additionally, this role drives talent management by leading recruitment, development, succession planning, and fostering a productive team culture aligned with company values. Providing clear communication, performance appraisals, professional development, and mentorship are integral to this leadership position, along with performing other assigned duties. Work Experience Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field, required. Five (5) years of experience in HVAC systems, platform development, or building automation required. Strong communication and customer service skills required. Ability to adapt and be flexible in a changing environment. Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
