CV/ML/DL Algorithm Developer
Responsibilities Lead research, design, development, and implementation of algorithmic modules for semiconductor process control tools. Perform concept feasibility studies for classical and machine‐learning based computer vision algorithms, including problem analysis, data gathering, literature review, concept selection, evaluation, and implementation constraints. Evaluate computer vision and deep‐learning algorithms for defect detection, classification, metrology, and image analysis, benchmarking performance and computational cost. Investigate and prototype algorithmic approaches to solve complex problems by understanding customer use cases and surveying relevant literature. Collaborate with cross‐functional teams (compute infrastructure, software, systems, applications) to productize new algorithmic solutions that meet specified requirements. Profile, optimize, and benchmark algorithms to reduce computational cost and influence hardware requirements. Qualifications Experience working in the semiconductor industry. Strong background in computer vision, image processing, and deep‐learning technologies. Proficiency in C/C++, Python and experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks. Working knowledge of AI coding tools is desired. Academic background in Computer Vision, Deep Learning, Machine Learning, or Artificial Intelligence. Excellent analytical, problem‐solving, and organizational skills, with strong interpersonal communication. New Ph.D. graduate or Master's (with 4+ years of experience) in computer science, electrical engineering, or related fields. Compensation Salary range: $161,000.00 - $221,000.00 (Florida) Additional Information Full‐time, Assignee / Regular employee. 10% travel. Eligible for relocation. Salary is based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, and job‐related knowledge, skills, and experience. Eligible for bonus and stock award programs where applicable.
