You’ll be running campaigns day to day, but you’ll also be expected to think beyond the task, understand the why behind the strategy, spot opportunities, and contribute ideas that move the needle for clients.This isn’t a role for pure strategists, and it’s not a role for pure executors either. The right person is comfortable moving between a client brief and a Meta Ads Manager in the same day, and brings the curiosity to understand why the strategy is built the way it is.You’ll be joining a small, focused team within Showcare’s growing marketing services practice. You’ll start by contributing across active client accounts and grow into full ownership as you get up to speed with our clients and processes.ResponsibilitiesExecute full-funnel digital campaigns for clients: Build, plan, create content, and execute omnichannel campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, X, email, text, and call outreach aligned to client’s KPIs, events, membership, and sponsorship goals.Manage and optimize paid campaigns & budgets: Prepare and steward digital advertising budgets. Track ROI, ROAS, and KPIs weekly. Adjust targeting and spend to maximize performance.Leverage data platforms for insight and decision-making: Use GA4, HubSpot, and a Customer Data Platform (CDP) for full-funnel tracking. Develop weekly performance reports across all digital channels.Drive marketing automation & lifecycle strategy: Design, implement, adapt, and optimize automation workflows and lifecycle stage funnels to convert prospects, re-engage lapsed members, and increase visibility.Contribute to audience and market intelligence: Support research, data gathering, and analysis that informs campaign targeting, audience segmentation, and messaging decisions.Support client relationships and communication: Assist in client communication, campaign updates, and reporting. Over time, grow into a direct client-facing role as you build familiarity with accounts and processes.Monitor SEO/AEO, SEM, and web performance: Analyze web traffic metrics, monitor search performance, and recommend improvements to boost organic presence and digital visibility.Collaborate cross-functionally to produce assets: Brief and coordinate with graphic designers, developers, videographers, and vendors to execute campaigns with quality creative.Support Showcare’s own growth: Apply your skills internally. Lead generation, digital advertising, and brand campaigns that help Showcare grow alongside its clients.Stay on top of industry trends & emerging tactics: Continuously explore new targeting approaches (text campaigns, social sharing, call campaigns, etc.) and bring forward actionable recommendations.Qualifications and ExperienceFamiliarity with the association, membership, or events industry is an asset3+ years of digital marketing experience, ideally in an agency or multi-client environmentHands-on experience managing paid social campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and XProven ability to manage campaign budgets and report clearly on ROI and ROASProficiency with Google Tag Manager (GTM), including tag setup, triggers, and cross-domain trackingWorking knowledge of GA4 for reporting, attribution, and funnel analysisExperience with marketing automation platformsStrong written communication skills and comfort in a client-facing lead roleAbility to independently manage multiple campaigns and client projects simultaneouslyBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent practical experienceAbility to travel occasionally for client events and conferences Professional-level English fluency required.
