The role focuses on LLMs, AI agents, RAG, knowledge graphs, semantic modeling, and enterprise AI governance, ensuring AI outputs are transparent, traceable, and reliable.Key ResponsibilitiesWork with business and subject matter experts to understand existing analytical processes and identify opportunities for AI automation and decision support.Translate business processes into functional and technical requirements, user journeys, and solution specifications.Define and manage prompts, agent instructions, skills, and approved AI interaction patterns.Establish evidence, grounding, traceability, and validation standards for AI-generated outputs.Design and maintain knowledge graphs, semantic models, and ontologies.Define use cases for graph-based reasoning, knowledge retrieval, lineage, comparisons, and concept discovery.Develop benchmark scenarios, golden questions, and validation criteria for AI solutions.Govern AI agent assets, knowledge sources, evaluation criteria, and governance controls.Review AI-generated code, configurations, and solution artifacts.Support architecture, security, governance, and approval documentation.Collaborate with data architects and engineers to align RAG, knowledge graphs, retrieval mechanisms, and analytical models with business requirements.Required Skills3+ years of experience delivering data, analytics, or AI solutions.2+ years working with LLMs, AI assistants, or agent-based systems.Strong business-to-technical requirements translation experience.Experience working with researchers, analysts, economists, or other SMEs.Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.Python for reviewing and validating data-processing and AI integration code.Azure OpenAIRAG architecture, grounding, retrieval strategies, and MCPAzure AI Foundry evaluation and model assessmentGitHub Copilot, agent specifications, and instruction librariesClaude Code and Claude SkillsMicrosoft Fabric, OneLake, and Power BIKnowledge Graphs, Semantic Modeling, Ontology DesignMetadata Management and Graph-based RetrievalMicrosoft Entra ID / RBACMicrosoft Purview or equivalent data governance, cataloging, lineage, and audit solutionsPreferred SkillsAzure API ManagementAzure Monitor / Application InsightsResponsible AI, content safety, and red-team testingEnterprise knowledge graphs and semantic layersGoogle Vertex AI, Gemini, ADK, and BigQueryCross-platform enterprise AI architecture experienceTop Required SkillsAzure OpenAI + RAG + MCPKnowledge Graph / Semantic ModelingAI Agents – GitHub Copilot / Claude Code / Claude SkillsAzure AI FoundryMicrosoft Fabric / OneLakePythonAI Governance & EvaluationApply today or share profiles at hamanth@smartitframe.com
