You will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and enhancing custom software solutions using SOLID and clean coding principles.Other Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited ToProvide guidance on technical strategies to teammatesCollaborate with product owners to gather requirementsPeer-review and provide constructive feedback to teammatesMake recommendations to enhance scalability and maintainabilityLead and contribute to technical design discussionsCreate and enhance CICD pipelinesEnsure quality through manual and automated testProvide guidance to stakeholders on user acceptance testingInvestigate reported software issuesAll other assignments as neededRequired QualificationsEducation & ExperienceSix years professional experience with object-oriented programmingEffectively communicate with teammates and non-technical end-usersExcellent understanding of coding methods and best practicesDesire to learn new technologies and make recommendations when appropriateAbility to conduct research into software-related issues and productsPrior experience interviewing end-users for insight on functionality, interface, problems, and/or usability issuesHigh level of self-motivation and directionExperience in Agile Software Development practicesKeen attention to detailPreferred QualificationsEducation & Experience:Four-year degree in software engineering or computer scienceExperience with relational databases and object relational mappersPrior work experience in a manufacturing fieldProficiency developing solutions in C#Experience with ASP.NETExperience with Docker, Kubernetes, or similar containerization toolsExperience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP API’sStrong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
