If you're someone who always wears a smile and loves engaging with guests, we want to hear from you!Job Responsibilities:Welcome guests warmly and ensure they feel valued from the moment they arrive.Engage with guests and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner.Deliver outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.Answer phones promptly and handle inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm.Maintain knowledge of our restaurant's to-go options, allergy protocols, and other important information to ensure guest satisfaction and safety.Manage restaurant reservations according to established standards.Keep accurate and detailed notes on guest reservations.Seat guests efficiently while managing the seating chart and server sections.Recognize and cater to the preferences of regular and VIP guests.Communicate relevant guest information to managers, kitchen staff, and servers.Participate in daily pre-shift meetings and other scheduled employee gatherings.Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and requests.Assist with opening and closing duties as required.Support team members and other departments with tasks such as cleaning, stocking, and silverware folding.Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in work areas and public spaces.Uphold confidentiality regarding guest, employee, and company information.Qualifications:Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.Minimum of 1 year of experience in a high-volume restaurant environment.Ability to stand for extended periods.Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.Strong time management skills.Proficiency in basic mathematical calculations.Ability to lift and carry up to 10lbs frequently and 25lbs occasionally.Flexibility to bend, squat, crawl, and reach above shoulder level.All interested candidates should apply by clicking the "apply" button and submitting their current resume.
