A company is looking for a Workforce Data Analyst to provide workforce analytics and statistical analysis for a federal agency. Key Responsibilities Conduct workforce analytics and statistical analysis Utilize data visualization techniques to present workforce data Manage projects related to workforce planning and modeling Required Qualifications 6-10 years of experience in data analysis or a related field Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and MS Power BI Strong understanding of workforce planning concepts Experience with MS SharePoint Familiarity with Statistical Analysis System (SAS) preferred
