This company works on high-end new builds and renovations in the luxury market, and they take pride in quality craftsmanship, a smooth client experience, and building homes the right way.They’re looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience in residential construction. Someone who knows how to run a job, keep a schedule moving, and hold subcontractors accountable. If you’ve worked directly with clients before, that’s great, but it’s not a must-have for this role.What you’ll be doing:Overseeing day-to-day operations on home builds and/or renovationsBuilding and managing project schedulesMaking sure subs are showing up, doing quality work, and staying on taskRegular site visits to keep tabs on progress and troubleshoot any issuesWorking closely with the internal team, architects, and vendors to keep things movingMaking sure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and up to high standardsCommunicating clearly with the team and, when needed, with clientsWhat they’re looking for:5+ years of residential construction experience, ideally with custom or high-end homesProven track record of managing schedules and keeping subcontractors accountableSolid understanding of building practices and local codesComfortable juggling multiple moving partsGood communication and problem-solving skillsClient-facing experience is a plus, but not requiredMust have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportationWhat’s in it for you:Salary between $90,000 and $125,000 depending on experienceStrong benefits packageWork with a close-knit team that values quality and relationshipsA chance to grow with a company that’s building a strong name in the luxury home spaceIf this sounds like something you’d be a good fit for, reach out to rob@zarrellco.com
