In this role, you will identify, implement, sell and support digital sales initiatives to meet revenue goals. This will be accomplished by working with Sales teams, Ads Operations, Marketing, Research, Finance and Sr. Manager of Digital Sales.As the subject matter expert in the NBCUniversal complete portfolio of digital advertising solutions, strategies and processes, your main responsibility is to support the Sr. Manager of Digital Sales with the creation of and execution against local digital revenue goals. Your primary focus will be the support of digital revenue and strategies. In addition, you will serve as the primary liaison for our sales leaders on day-to-day operations, leveraging the resources of NBCUniversal to identify, share and implement best practices across the organization.The ideal candidate will have proven and successful sales experience in multimedia sales and digital advertising. Proficiency and demonstrated expertise are required in the following digital advertising products; programmatic and direct sales (display and video), 360 campaigns, social media strategy and implementation, YouTube, lead generation and mobile strategies to reach client's KPIs.The Digital Planner Specialist, Digital Ad Sales and Partnerships will be an expert in integrated advertising solutions. We are looking for a proactive individual that has demonstrated expertise in working with local LATAM market property teams to meet and exceed digital revenue goals.ResponsibilitiesWork under the direct supervision of the Manager/Sr. Manager of Digital Ad Sales & Partnerships and is responsible for completing any other tasks as assigned by supervisorDevelop comprehensive media plans for digital portion of client campaigns to align with business goals and brand strategies.Simulate campaign delivery scenarios to forecast performance and refine tacticsManage relationships with inventory and distribution partners to secure premium placementsCollaborate and sign-off packages with linear plannersMaximize media mix efficiency across digital platformsMaintain revenue dashboards up to date and own tracking accuracyPartner with Sales, Marketing, B2B, Insights, Programming, and Ad Operations teams to deliver on client objectives and reach revenue goals.QualificationsMust be fully fluent in English and Spanish (both written and verbal) Please make sure to specify based on business needStrong (3+ years) experience in Digital SalesSubject matter expertise in digital media services and integrating client advertising solutions with TV and digital owned and operated assets.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
