Principal WebAssembly Engineer

A company is looking for a Principal WebAssembly Engineer. Key Responsibilities Design and implement new WebAssembly runtime features, from concept to production Define and deliver ergonomic APIs for asynchronous capabilities, balancing safety, performance, and portability Profile and optimize performance while collaborating with distributed teams to oversee improvements and problem resolutions Required Qualifications Broad knowledge of compilers, interpreters, and their associated runtime support 5+ years of experience developing compilers in a significant commercial or open-source context Proficiency in a variety of development styles and languages, both static and dynamic Strong design and analytical skills Strong background in software engineering principles focused on crafting robust and maintainable solutions
