Responsibilities
The Service Technician performs scheduled preventive repairs with specialized knowledge of maintenance on amusement equipment to Theme Parks, Malls, and other Venues. As a Service Technician you will need to be experienced in equipment maintenance/service, mechanically inclined and willing to work outdoors in inclement weather.
Responsibilities
Maintenance services will include clearing coin jams, replacing fuses or light bulbs, and cleaning all surfaces on equipment and platforms at designated customer locations
Perform troubleshooting and diagnostic tests to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
Exhibits skillful use of all types of tools, both power and hand, used in equipment repair
Create, update, and maintain maintenance logs and documentation
Adhere to all safety regulations and industry standards during all repair and maintenance activities
Conduct routine inspections to identify potential hazards and implement preventive maintenance measures
Coverage Area to include IN, IL, MN, WI, IA, KS, ND, SD
High school diploma or equivalent
1-3 years of experience in equipment service or maintenance
Proficient in Microsoft Office products
Mechanically inclined and oriented with troubleshooting skills
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
Exhibits a willingness to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays
Demonstrates a professional attitude in a fast-paced environment
Works independently with limited supervision
Travel may be required
