Specialty Cardiovascular SurgeryState COLocation 2500 Rocky Mountain Ave, Loveland, CORequirements Medical Center of the Rockies in Loveland CO is looking for an NP OR First Assist to join their cardiac surgery team!SCHEDULE:Schedule will be full time- 4 ten-hour shifts per weekCall is one night per week and one weekend per monthSeptember start dates- credentialing takes 3-monthsREQUIRED PROCEDURES- please note at time of name clear. Proficient in all cardiac surgeries CABG with EVH and endoscopic radial harvestingGeneral CV/thoracic surgery-Open-EndoscopicCoronary artery bypass surgery-on pump-off pumpCongenital defects ASD VSD PFO etc.Valvular repairValvular replacementAneurysm repairAneurysm repair- aorto-thoracicLung resection including VATsChest wall or pleural proceduresEsophagus and diaphragm surgeriesLeft ventricular assist devices Insertion of arterial lineABOUT THE POSITION100 adult patientsSurgery Expectation: 1-3 per dayHow many physicians in your practice: 5Mid-levels: 3 ORFA 6 ICU 2 Floor 1 ClinicIs the locum tenens physician required to supervise other healthcare providers: NoWill other thoracic surgeons be present during our locum tenens coverage: YesLab Onsite: YesX-ray on site: YesWill locum tenens require hospital privileges: YesCredentialing Time Frame: 90-120 daysTotal number of beds: 300ICU beds: 12 CICUTrauma Level 1Central referral system through doc line this goes to the physician providers not the APPS.
