Role Description This is a full-time on-site Salesperson role located in Anderson, IN. The Salesperson will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, and providing tailored solutions to meet client needs. The day-to-day tasks include generating leads, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. Additionally, the role involves maintaining knowledge of industry trends to effectively communicate product and service offerings to clients. Qualifications Proven ability in customer relationship management and client interactionsDemonstrated skills in sales techniques, lead generation, and negotiationStrong verbal communication and active listening skillsProblem-solving capabilities and a customer-focused mindsetFamiliarity with the construction or home improvement industry is a plusSelf-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management skillsAbility to work on-site in Anderson, IN and travel locally as needed
