Support Associate
A company is looking for a Support Assistant (TEMP).
Key Responsibilities
Review applications for potential creators and provide technical assistance
Monitor support ticket inboxes and answer basic support questions
Triage issues and escalate to leadership as needed
Required Qualifications
Experience communicating technical concepts to non-specialists
Experience troubleshooting basic technical issues
Basic understanding of digital marketing technologies and social media
Experience with ticketing systems like Zendesk
