Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Vice President of Finance, based in New York, NY. The Vice President of Finance will oversee financial planning, analyze complex financial data, and lead financial reporting initiatives. Responsibilities will include managing budgeting processes, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards. Additionally, this role will offer strategic insights to support business growth and operational excellence while managing financial risks and opportunities. Qualifications Expertise in Financial Planning and Finance to develop and execute budgeting and financial strategiesStrong knowledge of Financial Statements and Financial Reporting to ensure accuracy and complianceExceptional Analytical Skills to assess financial performance and drive data-informed decision-makingProven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage financial operations at a senior levelAdvanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or CFA certification is a plusFamiliarity with digital asset markets or fintech solutions is highly desirableStrong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders and present financial insights
