Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Independent Contractor at LOCAL CLUB GREEN, based in El Cajon, CA. The role involves performing day-to-day tasks such as coordinating community programs, overseeing logistics for events, maintaining operational efficiencies, and collaborating with team members to drive initiatives that support the club's mission. The contractor will also engage with members, track goals, and ensure high-quality project outcomes. Qualifications Strong organizational and project management skills to oversee events and initiativesCustomer service skills, including excellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesKnowledge of sustainability practices and a commitment to community developmentAbility to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing prioritiesPrevious experience in community outreach, non-profit organizations, or event management is a plusProficiency with relevant tools and technologies, including project management softwareFlexibility to work on-site during standard or extended hours, as needed
