Required Skills: Board Certification (BC or BE) in Urology Valid medical license (PA license preferred for faster onboarding) DEA certification Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience Proficiency in outpatient clinic management and surgical procedures Ability to perform core urological procedures including cystoscopy, vasectomy, and prostate interventions Strong communication and patient management skills Commitment to patient-centered care and multidisciplinary collaboration Nice to Have Skills: Experience with robotic surgery Experience supervising nurse practitioners and physician assistants Additional surgical or procedural expertise (e.g., ureteroscopy, penile implants) Bilingual abilities or diverse language skills Preferred Education and Experience: Medical degree from an accredited institution Residency or fellowship training in Urology At least one year of clinical Urology practice in a hospital or outpatient setting Other Requirements: Willingness to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Supportive of occasional on-call duties with approximately 15 patient calls per month Ability to participate in procedures at York Hospital and Apple Hill Surgery Center Familiarity with EPIC EMR system Flexibility to support rare pediatric cases or OB-related urological support Valid licensure and credentials processed within approximately 90 days; temporary licensing options available This position offers a compelling hourly pay rate of $443.43, along with excellent benefits including comprehensive medical coverage, weekly pay via direct deposit, paid sick leave, and opportunities for licensure, certification, and travel reimbursements.
