Information Systems Security Engineer (ISSE)
PLEX Solutions, LLC is seeking a Sr. Information Systems Security Engineer (ISSE) who will perform and/or review technical assessments of computing environments to identify points of vulnerability, non-compliance with established Information Assurance (IA) standards and regulations, and recommend mitigation strategies. Key responsibilities include:
-Validate and verify systems security requirements definitions and analysis and establishes system security designs.
-Design, develop, implement and/or integrate IA and security systems and system components including those with multiple enclaves and differing data protection/classification requirements.
-Build IA into systems deployed to operational environments.
-Assess and mitigate systems security threats/risks throughout the program life cycle.
-Contribute to the security planning, assessment, risk analysis, risk management, certification and awareness activities for system and networking operations.
-Review certification and accreditation (C&A) documentation, providing feedback on completeness and compliance of its content.

* IAT Level III (ISSEP)
* Minimum of 20 or more years of experience as an ISSE on programs and contracts of a similar type, scope and complexity is required.
* Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Assurance, Information Security or Systems Engineering or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required
* An active TS/SCI with Polygraph is a must.
Pay range is $200K - 260K.
