Lead Tech Test Engineering

Brief Job Description: The Lead Test Technician will support the engineering test activities for Vertiv’s single phase UPS line of business. Acts as the local Delaware, OH Single Phase UPS lab resident by organizing equipment, setting up and performing tests, and reporting findings. They will mainly support new product development and sustaining test activities. Responsibilities: Sets up and performs tests requested by product engineers. Assist with assembly of prototype units Organizes and maintains a safe, clean, productive lab space. Performs product tear downs and technical analysis down to the PCB level. Reports findings in an organized manner. Requirements: Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with 3-5 years test engineering experience with electrical-based products OR Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with 2-3 years test engineering experience with electrical-based products. Basic working knowledge in power/electrical engineering; AC and DC power
