Job Title: Technical Aerospace Project Manager
Location: Everett, WA (Onsite)
Duration: Full Time
Must have:
Aerospace, Product & Project Management, MPP -Microsoft Project Professional, Doors, Doors NG, Airplane Level Integration Exp , Configuration Mgmt Exp , Change Control Borad Exp, Certification Process Exp.
Solid technical background in at least one of the following disciplines: Software, Avionics, Airframe, Flight Sciences, Interiors, Propulsion, or Systems, and an understanding of certification processes
Experience in project and product management with overall experience should be more than 10 years.

Experience Required:
Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited course of study in aerospace and computer engineering is preferred.
10+ years’ experience in Avionics
Knowledge of configuration Management
Knowledge on Certification process
Knowledge on Change control Board
Knowledge on avionics systems
Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead technical integration and Develop integrated plans, establish means to measure performance, monitor and enable technical development, execute risk & opportunity management, and manage all aspects of the projects to closure.
Continuously engage Airplane Level Integration Team (ALIT) setting the process for engineering operations. Clearly communicate performance to plan, challenges, and mitigation plans with 777-9 Program.
Product Development & New Product Introduction (NPI) of Boeing 777-9 and 777-8F.
Direct efforts to FAA Certification of 777-9 in TIA, ATC, ETOPS, F&R, Cold Soak, HIRF, and Lightning.
Technical Project Management and development of Configuration Deviation List (CDL). Develop and execute plans to address disconnects as they arise. Prioritize execution along the critical path.
Familiarity with FAR, ARP, EASA documents.
Manage program and lead meetings between IPTs, engineering, manufacturing, finance, leadership.
Lead Change Control Board (CCB) of integration of new engineering changes and trade studies.
Perform configuration management of engineering artifacts and documents.
Transition the program from development to production
Identify and maintain awareness of program dependencies.
Lead development of scope and content of planned follow-on improvement proposals and support customer and supplier negotiations.
Solid technical background in at least one of the following disciplines: Software, Avionics, Airframe, Flight Sciences, Interiors, Propulsion, or Systems, and an understanding of certification processes
Demonstrated record of successful management of complex airplane level integration projects from concept to in-service implementation, technical accomplishment, leadership, and good oral and written communication skills
