About HlevelHlevel Architecture is a small, design-driven architecture studio based in Naples, Florida, specializing in custom residential architecture and select commercial projects throughout Southwest Florida.Our work combines thoughtful design with a strong understanding of climate, construction, resiliency, materials, and the way people live and work. As a small studio, we work collaboratively and are looking for someone who can play an active role in both the design and delivery of our projects.The RoleWe are looking for an experienced Project Architect / Project Manager who can independently lead projects from design development through permitting and construction.This is a hands-on role combining project management with architectural production. The ideal candidate is comfortable working directly in Archicad, coordinating consultants, communicating with clients and contractors, managing schedules and priorities, and keeping projects moving efficiently.ResponsibiltiesLead projects through design development, construction documents, permitting, and construction administrationDevelop and coordinate architectural drawing sets in ArchicadCoordinate structural, MEP, civil, landscape, and other consultantsManage project schedules, deliverables, and internal time budgetsReview drawings for technical accuracy, coordination, and design intentCommunicate directly with clients, contractors, consultants, and permitting agenciesResearch and apply applicable building codes and local jurisdictional requirementsReview submittals, shop drawings, and RFIs during constructionIdentify coordination issues and proactively move projects toward resolutionQualificationsProfessional degree in Architecture5+ years of relevant architectural experienceStrong construction documentation and project coordination experienceArchicad proficiency strongly preferredExperience independently managing architectural projectsStrong understanding of building systems, detailing, and constructionExperience coordinating consultants and working with contractorsSouthwest Florida experience and familiarity with local codes, permitting processes, and jurisdictions strongly preferredFamiliarity with the Florida Building Code, coastal/flood-zone requirements, and residential construction practices is a plusArchitectural licensure preferred but not requiredStrong communication, organization, and time-management skillsWork EnvironmentThis is a full-time position based in Naples, Florida, with a hybrid work arrangement.
