Systems Integration & Interoperability

We are seeking a Systems Engineer II to support the modernization of enterprise Health Information Technology (Health IT) solutions for the Indian Health Service (IHS). The ideal candidate will assist in designing, integrating, testing, deploying, and sustaining Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, including PATH EHR and secure cloud-based data repositories. This role involves working closely with engineering teams, clinical stakeholders, cybersecurity teams, vendors, and program leadership to deliver secure, scalable, and interoperable healthcare solutions.
