Learning & Onboarding Specialist The Learning & Onboarding Specialist supports Learning & Onboarding processes for Lidl US with high quality standards for the learning and development of our employees. In addition, the Specialist provides a broad range of HR support including KPI reporting, content creation and training coordination.Essential FunctionsOversee and manage assigned project and/or departments data, ensuring it meets training and/or policy requirementsConduct data entry and data management for various department projectsAssist with the development of training materials such as manuals, handbooks, presentations, diagrams, workflows, and project plansUpdate workshop training materials and optimize contentSupport the development and implementation of training concepts including the onboarding of new employeesEffectively manage the relationship with all stakeholdersHelp implement specific HR initiatives, processes, and systemsRequired Knowledge, Skills, AbilitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailProficient in Google Workspace Suite or related softwareAbility to work independentlyAbility to maintain confidentiality and use tact when interacting with employees, managers, and HR colleagues to understand and resolve potentially sensitive issuesProficient in e-learning content creation inclusive of animation, video editing, audio recording and sound mixing.Preferred Knowledge, Skills, AbilitiesAnalyze and optimize HR metrics in partnership with multiple stakeholdersKnowledge of Power BI or Looker Studio softwareKnowledge of content creation software (Articulate, Powtoon, Camtasia preferred)Knowledge of HR including best practices, federal and state laws, and compliance regulationsRequired Education, Certifications/ Licenses, Related ExperienceBachelor's degree in related field1-3 years of experience in a related fieldIn lieu of degree, 5+ years of experience in related field will meet the education and related experience requirements listed abovePhysical Job RequirementsProlonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computerMust be able to lift up to 15 pounds at timesAt Lidl, we know that in order for our people to do their best, they must be at their best.
