This is a full-time opportunity to make a meaningful impact on justice-involved individuals through counseling, crisis support, and care coordination.What You'll DoProvide individual and group counselingConduct assessments and develop treatment plansDeliver trauma-informed care and crisis interventionCollaborate with correctional and clinical staffCoordinate post-release care for continuity of servicesWhat You'll BringMaster's degree (or enrollment in a master's program) in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related fieldLicensure in Ohio or license eligibilityExperience or training in trauma, crisis intervention, diagnosis and treatment of substance use disorders and related mental health issuesAbility to maintain professional boundaries and relationships within a correctional settingCPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)Valid Ohio driver's license and insurable driving recordEligibility for NPI and Ohio Medicaid billingProficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic health recordsTwo years of continuous sobriety if in recoveryBonus QualificationsExperience in correctional, forensic, or community mental healthTraining in suicide assessment and crisis de-escalationWhy Join OneEighty?Hope starts here.
