Fulltime - SQL DBA with RabbitMQ - 100% remote

Tech Stack & Tools:Microsoft SQL Server (2016 - 2022)T-SQL, Stored Procedures, Views, Functions, TriggersSSIS, SSRSRabbitMQ (message queues for asynchronous processing)Windows ServerAzure DevOps Server, Git, CI/CD pipelinesSQL Profiler, Database Tuning Advisor, Extended EventsMonitoring/Logging: DynaTrace andBackups & DR: Log shipping, AlwaysOn, and/or native SQL backup tooling Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)5+ years of experience as a SQL Server DBA in a production environmentStrong proficiency in T-SQL performance tuning and troubleshooting slow-running queriesExperience with RabbitMQ or similar message queue systems for asynchronous data processingPrevious participation in a Tier 1 On-Call support rotation (or similar mission-critical ops experience)Solid understanding of database backup, recovery, and high availability strategiesFamiliarity with DevOps tools, Git workflows, and infrastructure automation preferredExcellent documentation, communication, and cross-team collaboration skills
