The ideal candidate must be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential through clever questions. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas, while also having a keen attention to detail.ResponsibilitiesMaintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positionsConduct interviews via phone or in-personQualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviewsServe as contact person for questions from candidates and clientsMeet weekly quotas related to calls, emails and client visitsQualificationsEffective communication skillsStrong organizational and interpersonal skillsExperience working with Microsoft Office suiteHigh-energy and passionAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and flexibility to pivot with short noticeDemonstrated ability to meet quotasSpanish bilingual is advantageous but not required
