The role involves building relationships with businesses and clients, understanding their insurance needs, and providing tailored benefit solutions. Key responsibilities include prospecting, delivering sales presentations, enrolling employees in benefits programs, educating clients about insurance options, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Collaboration with the sales and support teams will also be critical to achieving success.
