Job Description We are seeking reliable and hardworking Lumpers to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will assist with loading, unloading, sorting, and moving products in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely and efficiently.1st Shift and 2nd Shift AvailableResponsibilitiesLoad and unload trailers and containers.Sort, stack, and palletize products.Move materials throughout the warehouse using pallet jacks and other equipment as needed.Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Follow all company safety policies and procedures.Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned.QualificationsPrevious warehouse or lumper experience preferred but not required.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.Ability to stand, bend, twist, and walk for extended periods.Dependable attendance and punctuality.Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment.Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.BenefitsWeekly payOvertime opportunities
