You will manage complex engagements, guide staff, and play a key role in maintaining trusted client relationships while contributing to the growth of the Business Tax Services team.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and manage preparation of complex tax returnsProvide proactive year-end and general tax planning for clientsLead and oversee tax research projectsSupervise, train, and mentor experienced tax staffManage multiple client engagements and ensure high-quality service deliveryBuild and maintain strong client relationshipsContribute to departmental growth and process improvement initiativesWhat You BringBachelor's degree in Accounting (Master's in Tax or related field a plus)Active CPA license required610 years of public accounting experienceProven leadership and mentoring abilitiesStrong communication and client relationship skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlinesCommitment to quality, collaboration, and continuous improvementProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant tax software
