Front End Application Developer

General Summary: A Front End developer is responsible for ensuring the alignment of web design and user experience requirements, optimizing web pages for maximum efficiency, and maintaining brand consistency across all web pages. Developer will work with the technology team to design, and build various Science to Service products using Typescript, Html, CSS, and SCSS.    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:   Designing and developing user interfaces using Angular’s best practices.   Ensuring high performance on mobile and desktop.   Make design and technical decisions for Angular projects.   Writing Javascript, Typescript, CSS, and HTML.   Creating Wireframes and design templates.   Creating well defined components and modules in Angular.   Cooperating with the back-end developer in the process of building and consuming a RESTful API.    Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:    Proficiency in JavaScript, Angular, HTML5, and CSS.   Professional, and precise communication Skills.   Deep knowledge of Angular’s best practices and commonly used modules.   Creating self-contained, reusable, and testable modules and components.   Proficient in agile development lifecycle.    Education, Credentials and Experience:  Possess a bachelor degree in Computer Science or closely related field.    Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience with ASP.net MVC/Web Forms, Web API and SQL Server (including but not limited to C#, HTML, JavaScript, T-SQL, etc.).    Education and experience requirements can be met by obtaining a master's degree in computer science.    Special Requirements:   Knowledge and familiarity with HIPAA and operational data security.  Must have the ability to obtain clearances as defined by regulations.  Other special requirements will be determined based on the needs of the position.
