Diagnose plumbing issues and provideoptions-based solutionsfor homeowners. Perform repairs and installs, including (but not limited to): -Water heaters (tank & tankless) -Toilets, faucets, disposals -Water lines, drain lines, and leak repairs -Basic drain cleaning and troubleshootingCommunicate clearly and professionally with customers build trust, not pressure. Use ourflat-rate pricebookand field management software to present pricing and document every job. Maintain a clean work area, company vehicle, and professional appearance. Represent the Daffodil Plumbing brand with integrity on every single call. What Were Looking ForYou might be a great fit if you:Accountability Have2+ years of residential plumbing service experience(preferred, but well talk if youre sharp and hungry). Hold a validDrivers Licensewith a clean driving record. Are comfortable talking with homeowners and explaining their options in simple, friendly language. Can work independently, manage your day, and solve problems on the fly. Take pride in quality workmanship you dont cut corners. Show up on time, ready to work, with a great attitude. Are willing to participate inongoing trainingand improve your skills.
