.NET Full Stack Lead (Angular)*

Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced .NET Full Stack Technical Lead to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Angular, .NET, ASP.NET MVC, and SQL Server, along with proven technical leadership skills and the ability to mentor developers and collaborate with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and guide a team of developers. Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices. Design scalable frontend and backend application architectures. Develop and maintain web applications using Angular, .NET Core/.NET Framework, and ASP.NET MVC. Design, optimize, and manage SQL Server databases. Integrate RESTful APIs and troubleshoot complex technical issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver solutions on time. Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.
