You will be responsible for planning, tracking, analyzing, and reporting on projects of varying contract type, size, complexity, and level of risk. The ideal PM must be highly self-motivated, have strong communication skills, and a strong background in records management, production, and/or logistics and geographically dispersed Operations Support Services contracts (OSS).
Responsibilities:
Monitors the execution of project tasks, including but not limited to: project scheduling, planning, resource allocation, status reporting, managing resources and other related project activities.
Leads daily and/or weekly project-based meetings.
Oversees the generation of daily, weekly and monthly project-based reports/deliverables.
Responsible for full day to day operations of assigned project(s).
Manage project staff according to the established policies and practices of the organization.
Reviews program requirements and spend plans for accuracy and completeness to determine if the program is proceeding according to plan and on-target to meet stated goals and objectives.
Works with internal business analysts to analyze programs’ cost, schedule and scope metrics.
Creates, reviews, and updates Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly Program Status Reports and Past Performance documentation.
Responsible for ensuring client satisfaction with day-to-day delivery of services, with the goal of gaining future opportunities.
Supports the preparation for regularly scheduled meetings with Operations Department senior leadership, current contract government clients, and industry prime and subcontractor partners.
Works with the Contracts Department to manage and maintain a deliverables matrix for each assigned contract.
Preparing requests for proposals and conducting all necessary meetings to facilitate selection of project services and products.
Develop new and unique ways to improve operations of the organization and to create new opportunities.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
5 years of Program Management (including P&L responsibilities)
5 years of government services industry experience
Active Secret or Interim Secret clearance or ability to gain one
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Outlook.
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to details.
Proactive and collaborative team member
Willingness to learn new skills.
Travel to client sites up to 15% per year

Pay: $56,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
