About the Position:
In the Regen Support Technician position, you will have the opportunity to work with our Regen team to prepare and load/unload deliveries, assist with system maintenance, and support customer needs at customer sites. You will also be accountable for the following functions:
Regen Support
Prepare mobile trailers for use at customer site
Assist with PFI system maintenance
Repair damaged tanks
Prepare and load/unload deliveries to/from other PFI branches
Keep Regen, chemical area, water room, and PE tank storage area clean and in order
Empty, sanitize, and refill PEDI tanks for service
Perform regeneration processes to regenerate resins for mobile DI trailers and portable exchange DI tanks.
Carbon Room Support
Fill and empty carbon portable exchange tanks
Prepare media for media re-beds
Re-bed Support
Partner with and support the team on media re-beds in the field at customer sites
Chemical Support
Transfer and fill dry and wet chemicals into containers for service technician use
Check and maintain the min/max of all chemicals on shelves
Follow chemical fill procedures and use proper PPE
Accurately document lot numbers with appropriate details
Additional Responsibilities
Support Regen team as requested
Work safely and look for ways to improve processes
Qualifications:
Job functions require ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb a ladder, etc.
Ability to follow written procedures
Willingness/Ability to obtain Class B CDL
Aptitude to master new and technical concepts quickly and efficiently
Self-motivated, results oriented, detail oriented and organized

Working Conditions and Schedule:
You will work in plant/shop environment. The standard work hours are Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 4:00 pm; additional hours may be necessary based on workload. Travel, nights, overtime, and weekends are possible, depending on project workload.
