Therapist - Bilingual in Spanish (Hybrid) Therapist position available with NAFI Connecticut. This hybrid role offers a salary of $73,000 USD per year and is located in Hartford-Willimantic, with travel required to Norwich, Willimantic, Middletown, and Manchester. Job Description NAFI Connecticut provides programs, consultation, and support services in a variety of settings across Connecticut, New York, and Rhode Island. We work with adults, children, and families to increase communication and social skills, improve relationships, increase circles of support, and provide therapeutic services based on best-practice research. We are currently seeking a passionate Therapist (Bilingual in Spanish) to deliver intensive community-based treatment for Youth with Problem Sexual Behavior. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a profound impact while benefiting from specialized training and ongoing individual and group supervision. Therapists at NAFI CT operate within a collaborative framework, conducting sessions primarily in-person within natural environments such as homes or safe locations. MST PSB (Multisystemic Therapy for Problematic Sexual Behaviors) is a 3x/week level of care program that provides in-home family therapy services for family systems that have a youth between ages 10-17 that have engaged in problematic sexual behaviors including youth at risk of human trafficking. The MST PSB Therapist meets weekly as a team to review session plans and receives support through team members, supervisor, and the MST Consultant. There are quarterly MST trainings to further support clinical growth.
