We are unable to sponsor new H-1B visa petitions for this position.Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced Solutions Architect to design and govern enterprise-grade application architectures spanning cloud platforms, integration ecosystems, data domains, and large business application portfolios. This role partners closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering leaders to translate strategic objectives into pragmatic, scalable, and maintainable technology solutions that align with enterprise architecture standards. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of breadth across modern cloud and integration stacks, depth in at least one major enterprise platform, and the ability to communicate technical trade-offs clearly to both engineering teams and executive leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine end-to-end solution architectures for enterprise applications covering application, integration, data, security, and infrastructure layersPartner with business stakeholders to capture functional and non-functional requirements and translate them into reference architectures and target-state designsLead architecture review boards, evaluating proposed designs against enterprise standards, security policies, and long-term roadmap considerationsDesign integration strategies across SaaS, on-premise, and hybrid landscapes, leveraging API gateways, event streaming, and managed integration platformsEstablish architecture principles, technology selection guidelines, and reusable patterns for use across multiple delivery teamsCollaborate with security architects to embed identity, data protection, and compliance controls into solution designs from the outsetProduce high-quality architecture artifacts including context diagrams, component models, sequence diagrams, and decision recordsGuide cloud migration, modernization, and re-platforming initiatives with a focus on cost, performance, and resilienceSupport proof-of-concept development to validate critical architectural choices before broader adoptionProvide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams during solution deliveryTrack emerging technologies and recommend strategic investments that align with business prioritiesDrive standardization across application portfolios to reduce technical debt and operational complexityEngage with vendors and platform partners to evaluate roadmap fit and negotiate technical commitmentsEnsure that solutions meet regulatory, audit, and data governance requirements applicable to the businessRequired QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related fieldEight or more years of experience in software engineering or solution architecture rolesDemonstrated experience architecting enterprise applications across at least two major cloud platformsStrong expertise in integration patterns, API design, and event-driven architecturesDeep familiarity with at least one major enterprise platform such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, ServiceNow, or WorkdayWorking knowledge of identity, security, and data governance frameworks at enterprise scaleExcellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skillsExperience producing formal architecture artifacts and presenting them to senior leadershipTrack record of leading architecture reviews and influencing engineering direction across teamsStrong understanding of cost optimization, scalability, and resilience trade-offsPreferred QualificationsTOGAF, AWS, Azure, or GCP architecture certificationsExperience with large-scale ERP, CRM, or HCM transformation programsExposure to regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, or life sciencesFamiliarity with enterprise architecture tooling such as LeanIX, Ardoq, or Sparx EAExperience driving cloud governance, FinOps, and cost transparency initiativesHow To ApplyWould you like to know more about this opportunity?
