This is a contract position offering flexibility to build your own caseload and schedule while delivering family-centered, evidence-based therapy services.Part-Time or Full-Time, Contract Position - Flexible scheduling with the ability to determine your caseload and availabilitySalary: $76.00 - $94.00 per hourKey ResponsibilitiesProvide speech and language therapy services in home and community-based settingsConduct speech-language evaluations and ongoing developmental assessmentsDevelop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with families and the interdisciplinary teamCoach caregivers on strategies to support communication, language development, feeding, and early literacy skillsMonitor progress and modify interventions as neededMaintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with Indiana First Steps and state requirementsCollaborate with service coordinators, therapists, and other team membersWhy Embracing Abilities?Family-owned, mission-driven organizationCollaborative and supportive team cultureFlexible, contractor-based scheduling Service Area: Hendricks County OnlyRequirements:Required QualificationsApplicants must meet all Indiana First Steps hiring and credentialing requirements, including but not limited to:Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of IndianaExperience working with young children and families preferred Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable form of transportation.Must meet Indiana First Steps qualifications. xaygatp Ability to pass background checks, TB testing, and other state-required screenings Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skillsFull-time, Part-time, ContractSalary: $76.00-$94.00 per hour**Please note this position is for service area Hendricks County only, no remote work.**
