Job Description Maintenance Mechanic – Temp to HireLocation: City Of Industry Pay Rate: DOE (Depends on Experience)We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Maintenance Mechanic for a spice warehouse facility. This is a temporary-to-hire opportunity for candidates with strong mechanical skills and experience working in warehouse or industrial environments.Responsibilities:Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on warehouse equipment and facility systemsTroubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration issuesMaintain and repair commercial refrigeration and cold storage systemsConduct general handyman and facility maintenance tasks as neededEnsure equipment operates safely and efficientlyRespond to maintenance requests in a timely mannerFollow all company safety and GMP guidelinesPreferred Experience:Experience with commercial refrigeration and cold storage systemsFKL experience preferredGeneral handyman and facility maintenance experienceExperience working in warehouse, food production, or spice manufacturing environmentsAbility to use hand and power tools safelyStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsQualifications:Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periodsReliable transportation and good attendanceFlexible and team-oriented attitudeThis is a temp-to-hire position with opportunity for long-term employment based on performance and attendance.
