About the RoleThis role is based in NYC or SF and expected to come to our office a few times per week. Runway is building AI at the frontier of what's possible, and we're looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to help us grow the team behind it. You'll be the operational backbone of our recruiting function, keeping processes airtight and candidate experience exceptional. You sweat the details others miss, you have a bias towards action, and you hold the bar high at every step of the process. What You'll DoOwn the end-to-end coordination of recruiting across multiple roles; scheduling interviews, managing candidate communications, and keeping our ATS and documentation up to date Be the guardian of the candidate experience by making every touchpoint feel above and beyond Help improve and document recruiting processes as we scale Learn the fundamentals of sourcing alongside our recruiters; over time, you'll take on more ownership of building pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other channels What You'll Need1+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, Office Management, Administrative Assistant or a similar role High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Clear, professional written communication and a habit of over-communicating High candidate empathy, a strong work ethic, and a team-first attitude Nice to Haves: Experience with common ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Ashby, etc) and LinkedIn Recruiter, as well as AI tools Runway strives to recruit and retain exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds while ensuring pay equity for our team. Our salary ranges are based on competitive market rates for our size, stage and industry, and salary is just one part of the overall compensation package we provide. There are many factors that go into salary determinations, including relevant experience, skill level and qualifications assessed during the interview process, and maintaining internal equity with peers on the team. The range shared below is a general expectation for the function as posted, but we are also open to considering candidates who may be more or less experienced than outlined in the job description. In this case, we will communicate any updates in the expected salary range. Lastly, the provided range is the expected salary for candidates in the U.S. Outside of those regions, there may be a change in the range, which again, will be communicated to candidates.
