Role Description The Business Development Manager will play a key role in driving growth and building strong client relationships. This full-time hybrid position is based in the Shreveport-Bossier City Area, with some flexibility to work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating leads, managing sales pipelines, developing strategic partnerships, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business goals. The Business Development Manager will report on progress and contribute to the development of strategies that align with the company’s objectives. Qualifications Strong business development and sales acumen, with demonstrated experience in client acquisition and retention.Skills in relationship management, negotiation, and contract closing.Proficient in market research, strategic planning, and identifying business opportunities.Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.Qualifications in marketing, sales, business administration, or related fields; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.Experience in distribution or facility supplies industries is a plus.
