The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the commercial expansion by building strategic partnerships with a variety of entities within the media and entertainment ecosystem. This includes studios, streaming platforms, broadcast networks, production companies, and event organizers that manage premium, sponsor-driven, and VIP guest experiences. The role involves driving business development, closing enterprise SaaS agreements, and establishing the company as a technology platform for premium guest orchestration. The ideal candidate will have a strong network within media and entertainment leadership, a deep understanding of sponsorship and hospitality ecosystems, and the ability to operate in a relationship-driven commercial environment. Applicants for the Head of Business Development position must have a minimum of 8-15 years' experience in the media or entertainment business, with a proven track record of meaningful experience in the industry. The role requires a candidate who has operated within at least three significant media or entertainment brands or organizations and has a strong preference for those with experience in global media and entertainment properties. The Head of Business Development will be expected to establish pilot partnerships, introduce the company into premium hospitality and guest management environments, and contribute to shaping the product roadmap for media and entertainment operations.
