Hospice Sales Executive

Hospice Sales ExecutiveWe are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and results-driven Hospice Sales Executive to join our amazing team. The ideal candidate will have passion and high energy, coupled with at least 2 years of local connections and sales, plus marketing experience within the hospice local market, with a proven successful track record in admissions growth. This role requires excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach. Must be a strong relationship builder with the ability to work independently. Duties Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing partners. Utilize contact management software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales activities. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to position our services effectively. Requirements Must be local with established referral sources, coupled with the ability to identify and pursue new sales opportunities through connecting with diverse referral sources. Must have 2 plus years of experience in the local market. Proven experience and verifiable performance in home health sales. Proficiency in contact management CRM software is highly desirable. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on customer satisfaction.
