There is a big preference for New York/London based candidates, but we are open to worldwide exceptional candidates. No matter where you are based, no ghost will be left behind and we appreciate every moment we get to work and have fun together.About the role:We're looking for a Growth Relations Manager to drive liquidity growth by building and managing relationships with high-value liquidity providers, from institutional funds to on-chain native capital. You'll identify and engage key allocators, craft tailored value propositions, and support them in deploying and optimizing capital.This is a highly strategic, externally facing role that blends relationship management with on-chain fluency. You'll work closely with BD and incentives teams to convert pipeline into TVL, while building a scalable approach to growth from the ground up.How you can make an impact:Identifying and approaching high-value liquidity providers: institutional funds, DAOs, protocol treasuries, family offices, and on-chain whalesUsing on-chain data and analytics to build targeted outreach lists and understand capital flow patternsStructuring the narrative and value proposition for different LP profiles (institutional vs. on-chain native)Managing ongoing relationships with key LPs: onboarding support, yield optimization guidance, escalation handlingCoordinating with BD and incentives teams to create tailored LP acquisition packagesTracking LP pipeline and reporting on TVL attribution from growth effortsLet's connect if you have:Comfortable in institutional relationship conversations and fluent on-chain (highly familiar with on-chain data, loop strategies, aToken mechanics, risk parameters)Experience in a capital markets, treasury, or institutional BD role within DeFi or TradFi-meets-DeFiStrong existing network among DeFi-native treasuries, institutional allocators, or custodians a strong plusData-driven approach to identifying and prioritizing LP targetsSelf-starter who can build the LP growth function largely from scratchHaven't quite met all the criteria?
